Job description:
Our large, centrally located restaurant is looking for someone with restaurant management experience to assist with management shifts. They should know and understand what it takes to manage the F.O.H. and liaise with chef on the B.O.H. The Junior Manager will report to the GM and assist with managing the daily operation of the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the FOH restaurant team
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Maintain and improve staff engagement through constant training
- Manage day-to-day processes and maintain the standards of the business
- Follow SOPs to ensure product integrity and business continuity
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and strategic partners
Qualifications
- Management and Customer Service experience
- Good administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and assist the GM
- Strong communications skills
- Fair wine knowledge
