Lead a cell of 10-15 Analysts & QCs to deliver high-quality, on-time KYC production.
- Allocate and prioritise caseload using MI dashboards; track productivity, ageing, quality and rework rates.
- Motivate, coach and develop staff; run daily huddles and one-to-onesunder-performance.
- Present progress, risks and metrics to client stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure policy compliance, support complex escalations, drive continuous improvement initiatives.; address under-performance.

- Proven KYC/AML process expertise plus people-management experience.
- Strong data/MI skills (Excel, Power BI).
