Act as 4-eye reviewer prior to client outreach and completion to identify process or policy errors and provide constructive feedback and rework to Analyst.
- Review analyst files against client KYC procedures, confirming completeness, accuracy and risk rating.
- Capture defects / errors, provide feedback and coaching tailored to the nature of the error (policy or process).
- Validate documentation trail and data capture.
- Provide first level of support for queries and escalate to SME / client compliance where required.
- Deep understanding of CDD/EDD policies and processes.
- Eye for detail and root-cause mindset.
- Clear written feedback and strong verbal communication to coach and develop Analysts.
