Are you a persuasive communicator with a talent for opening doors and generating interest? Join our team as a Lead Generation Agent and help UK homeowners save on energy bills through effective, eco-friendly loft insulation solutions.
About the Role:
We’re launching a targeted outbound campaign focused on promoting energy-efficient loft insulation. You’ll play a key role in identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and messages to homeowners and landlords across the UK
- Educate prospects on the benefits of loft insulation (cost savings, energy efficiency, government grants, etc.)
- Qualify leads based on eligibility criteria and interest level
- Hand off warm leads to the sales/assessment team
- Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
What You Bring:
- Clear, confident phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation (preferred)
- Understanding of energy efficiency or home improvement services (a plus, but not required)
- Resilience, motivation, and ability to hit weekly lead targets
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely (if applicable)
