The IIE Varsity College, Online Campus has a vacancy for an Online Lecturer
- Risk Management
Competencies Required:

- Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively
- Proficiency in Online Teaching (technical skills, content delivery, classroom management, assessment and feedback, and adaptability to change)
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Masters; PhD or DCom in Commerce-related fields with the core focus of research and/or modules on Corporate Governance.
- Alternatively, an MBL/MBA at NQF 9 / DBL / DBA or any Business Management-related qualification in which Corporate Governance and Risk Management/Economics was a core module and in which research was conducted where Corporate Governance and/or Risk Management aspects were covered.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
- Lecturing or training experience in the Commerce and/or Corporate Governance and Risk Management field. Work experience in the Corporate Governance and/or Risk Management environment.
Working Conditions:
- This is an online part-time position.
- This module is part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance.
Working Hours:
- Online lectures take place in the evenings from Monday to Thursday.
- Additional duties include attending Lecturer meetings and Programme Coordination Committee (PCC) meetings, which are held during office hours.
Salary:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and hours worked.
