The successful candidate will report directly to the Property General Manager and work collaboratively with department heads, including the Executive Chef, to deliver a seamless and memorable guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for daily lodge operations in coordination with the Property General Manager
Leadership and mentorship of a 40-person team
Upholding and enhancing guest experience at a five-star level
Collaborating on food and beverage service with a focus on elegant dining and wine knowledge
Managing stock control, monthly GP reports, and operational administration
Maintaining a culture of excellence and high attention to detail
Proven experience as a Lodge Manager, Camp Manager, or Assistant General Manager at a five-star or luxury property
Strong leadership and team management skills
Financial and administrative competency, particularly with stock and GP oversight
Solid understanding of fine dining and wine service
Outstanding interpersonal and guest-relations abilities
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Live-in role (no pets or dependents permitted)
Available to start August/September 2025
