Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Support departmental teams including front-of-house, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction targets are consistently met.
Handle guest feedback and problem-solving in a professional and proactive manner.
Manage and motivate staff on shift.
Maintain operational checklists and reporting in line with lodge procedures.
Liaise with Lodge Management and Head Office to ensure continuity and performance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury safari lodge or high-end hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and staff coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to the lodge’s operational flow.
Willingness to relocate to the lodge and live-in onsite.
Available to start immediately or on short notice.
Remuneration & Benefits
Cash salary: R16 000 – R20 500 depending on experience

50% contribution to Discovery Medical Aid (capped at R1,500 from the company)
