Maintenance Plumber
Exciting job opportunity at our established plumbing company in Randpark Ridge.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team with 10 years working experience
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be motivated, excellent with clients and a team player.
We value individuals with strong work ethics and must be of sober habits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across commercial and/or residential properties.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, and drainage issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components (pipes, fixtures, valves, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely.
- Provide clear documentation of work completed using job management systems.
- Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and other contractors on-site.
Requirements:
- PIRB registered or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience in maintenance plumbing (preferably in a commercial or facilities environment). Ten years industry related working experience.
- Driver's license.
- Good communication skills and a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
