Genkem has an exciting opportunity within our Marketing Team. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience to be a part of our finance team reporting directly to the Marketing Team Leader based at our Head Office in Umhlanga, Durban.
Minimum Criteria:
- Matric
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or brand support role, especially involving project timelines and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of use on adobe illustrator, canva and similar programmes
- A creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Ensure brand consistency across various products
- Plan and prioritize various projects
- Maintain and update our brand guide to ensure consistent messaging
- Support and motivate a dynamic marketing team to reach new heights
- Maintaining marketing calendars and timelines
- Brainstorming new campaign ideas and strategies
- Analyzing data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
