Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Employment Type: Contract (3-6 months with the opportunity to become permanent)
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and communication strategies. This role involves coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, assisting with content creation, maintaining marketing assets, managing vendor relationships, and supporting internal and external communications to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support & Execution
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
- Liaise with suppliers, printers, designers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor campaign timelines and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Content Creation & Management
- Assist in drafting and editing marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, blog posts, and presentations.
- Event Support
- Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events (e.g. product launches, exhibitions, conferences).
- Handle logistics such as vendor bookings, guest registrations, promotional items, and post-event reporting.
- Support content scheduling for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain the marketing calendar and update task trackers.
- Organise and maintain the marketing asset library and image bank.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain budget spreadsheets.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and research documents as needed.
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or communications role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with design or marketing tools is a plus (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently under pressure

- Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic design and layout skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe Illustrator).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and website CMS (e.g. WordPress, Shopify).
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of Google Analytics or campaign tracking
