THE JOB AT A GLANCE
As the Marketing & Innovation Strategy Director, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer (CMSO) and be responsible for defining the strategic framework that guides our marketing, R&D, and innovation efforts. You’ll lead the charge in building and embedding marketing and innovation best practices, capability-building programs, and learning agendas that fuel category growth. Your impact will accelerate brand development, product innovation, and strategic alignment across business partnering teams.

- Experience working closely with R&D and Innovation teams to shape product pipelines.

- Expertise in brand portfolio architecture and innovation-led brand extensions.
- A strong influencer and capability-builder who can uplift marketing and innovation skills across the business.

- Development and deployment of integrated brand and innovation training material.
- Execution of brand and innovation-led product extensions.

- Upliftment of innovation and marketing excellence across teams.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 10–15 years of brand strategy and innovation leadership within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in developing capability frameworks and learning agendas.
- Track record in embedding global best practices in marketing and innovation.
- Strong grounding in data-driven decision making and consumer-led brand building.
- Ability to translate strategic ambition into execution excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Postgraduate Commercial Degree.
- MBA an advantage.
