A fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare network with 400+ men’s health clinics across Latin America is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive content-led growth. You’ll own the content calendar, oversee channel execution, and create messaging that connects with real audiences across web, email, and social.

What You’ll Do
Maintain a 30-day content calendar across blog, email, SMS, and social
Create lightweight visuals and short-form videos using Canva, Figma, or CapCut
Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
Align with regional sales teams and deliver content playbooks that drive local engagement
Brief external creative teams as needed for advanced production
What You Bring
3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience across email, social, and content
A portfolio showcasing written work + at least two visuals or short videos you produced
Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus
Clear grasp of brand voice, audience targeting, and campaign storytelling
Familiarity with HubSpot and modern marketing stacks a strong plus
