We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both the creative and strategic aspects of marketing, with the ability to manage campaigns, create compelling content, and maintain a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns including social media, email, content creation, and paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with agencies, influencers, and media contacts to amplify reach.
- Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Create high-quality, visually engaging content through graphic design, video editing, and photography.
- Manage and regularly update the company website (WordPress).
Key Proficiencies
- Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro
- Social Media Marketing: Content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Photography: Skilled in both shooting and editing professional images
- Video Production: Experience in editing and producing engaging video content
- Web Development: Proficient in WordPress website management
- Office Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
