Job Purpose:
As a Boat Building Mechanical Systems Specialist, you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems on our boats. Boat building experience is ideal, but individuals with a strong background in automotive systems are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain mechanical systems on boats, ensuring functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with the boat building team to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on marine vessels.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide system installations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in mechanical work.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Mechanical qualification with boat building or automotive experience.
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Boat building experience is ideal, but automotive experience is also valuable.
Qualifying Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and precision in mechanical work.

Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
