Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, talented and creative Social Media &Marketing Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with potential customers, and drive sales growth various platforms. The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a passion for the automotive industry, stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and be able to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy, Planning & Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the automotive industry.
- Manage content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience interests, and competitive insights.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and creative content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to produce relevant content for campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Monitor and engage with user comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms.
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Build and nurture a community of automotive enthusiasts, customers, and influencers.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster engagement through contests, polls, giveaways, and interactive posts.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, growth, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing team to optimize performance.
Advertising & Promotions:
- Manage paid social media campaigns and ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads, website traffic, and sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Marketing, Communications qualification, or a related field a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Media, Marketing Specialist/Expert in the automotive industry or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Ability to create high-quality visual content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Experience with paid social media advertising and budgeting.

Working Hours:
