- Record Management: Maintaining patient records, updating information, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Administrative Tasks: Filing, data entry, processing payments, and handling correspondence (emails, faxes, etc.).
- Communication: Liaising with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and other external parties.
- Maintaining Office Environment: Ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

- Knowledge of Medical Terminology: Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is beneficial.
