The Role
Merchandise Managers own the execution of the merchandise strategy and seasonal plans for my brand across all channels.
· Lead the team with a customer mindset and allocate the right stock, to the right place at the right time for the customer.
· Partner with DC to maintain stock availability and manage efficient and effective inventory flow across all channels
· Present trade insights, data trends and make recommendations to influence product investment decisions with the brand.
· Inspire, care for and grow others and myself at every stage of the people lifecycle, to facilitate succession
· collaborate daily with the VM and Retail partners to execute the plan that delivers results
