Systems, processes and general administration: Timeously prepare samples for meetings Maintain an efficient filing system Ensure consistent approach to admin within the department Make suggestions for improvements Sample control: Ensure samples are provided to the relevant parties timeously (Supplier, Buyer, and Quality Assurance) Maintain fit rails Co-ordinate the movement of samples between departments Maintain an organised archive areaQualifications and Experience
Matric Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageousCompetencies
Technical: Essential Competencies: Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook) Behavioural: A sense of urgency with high energy Attention to detail Friendly, team orientated nature Good communication skills Positive and enthusiastic approach Organised and systematic Deadline driven and pro-active Ability to work in a pressurised environment
