This position reports to the Data Integration Manager of Mr D.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Onboard new restaurant partners
- Monitor restaurant and menu data within the operational platforms
- Execute the workflow according to set priorities and deadlines
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all data entries into the respective systems
- Ensure internal team quality KPIs are met
- Interact with restaurants to establish menu listing requirements
- Interact with Mr D account management representatives
- Ad Hoc team projects
- Make recommendations to improve processes and system enhancements
- Interact with the Takealot Delivery Network team regarding the coordination of go-live dates of new delivery hubs
Attributes required:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- Ability to work independently but also be a team player across teams
- A strong working knowledge of Excel, Google sheets and Microsoft Office
- Be project orientated
- Smart, hard-working, with demonstrable integrity
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English
- Must be able to work overtime when required
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification (Not essential)
- A minimum 1 to 2 years in e-commerce or a similar role
