The Officer Talent Sourcing is accountable to ensure effective facilitation of recruitment processes and reporting within the Department.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology related qualification.
- Relevant 3 years experience in Human Resources Administration/Talent
- Sourcing related environment.
- Planning, Organizing & Coordinating.
- Personal Mastery
- Judgement & Decision Making
- Ethics and Values
- Client Service Orientation
- SAP HCM
- Knowledge of Recrutiment/Selection Processes and Procedures.
- Report writing
- Logistics coordination.
- Analyse and evaluate data to resolve problems.
- Proofread material for discrepancies and maintain a high degree of attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
