Omni Planner will be accountable for the planning, forecasting and management of inventory and sales performance across all selling channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting on the online trade performance for the Menswear stack
- Reviewing and analysing the brands performance across all KPI, i.e. profitability, stock management, Order fulfilment, & promotional performance
- Defining the parameters of the online fulfilment and stock investment strategy
- Working with the planning team to ensure execution of the stock investment strategy
- Working with the operations admin team to ensure optimal performance across the One stock hub
- Working with the Bash partner success team to ensure optimal execution and performance
- Working across the buying and planning teams to managing the online promotional and markdown plans and profitability
- Ensure responsible for management of the online P&L
- Influencing and implementing the brand's Ecommerce strategy
- Operational management of the Ecommerce channel
- Managing website product availability and accuracy
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification
- 2 - 5 years+ proven working experience as a Merchandise Planner
- Centralised planning experience would be beneficial

- A high degree of numeracy and an analytical, detailed and strategic approach to work
- Computer literacy in word, excel (advanced) and planning systems
- Strong business acumen and merchant thinking
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
