Duties & Responsibilities

  • Updating client site lists and asset tree
  • Updating contractor rates
  • Capturing new site details
  • Update Onkey with information
  • Accurate and timely uploading of invoices onto OnKey
  • Monitor and finalize aged work orders to maintain system accuracy
  • Follow up consistently with internal departments to stay aligned
  • Attend weekly sign- off meetings with TFS administrators to review and finalise outstanding items
  • Update Invoice trackers for different divisions
  • Monthly Reporting Qualiity: Deliver weekly Onkey Report
  • Provide administrative and financial support for Onkey processes, queries and/ audits
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and adherence to ethical standards
  • Takes ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Matric
