This position reports to the Senior Site Merchandiser.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with Divisional Heads, the Discovery Team, and Marketing to direct on-site traffic
- Optimising site navigation, app navigation, and search functionality
- Measuring and improving the performance of site merchandising assets
- Launching new strategic themes and merchandising assets
Required Attributes
- Attention to detail and multi-initiative management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical thinking capabilities
- Innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Curiosity and creativity with proven results
Qualifications
- 3+ years in merchandising, content strategy, or marketing
- E-commerce experience (advantageous)
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Strong analytical tool competency
- Website optimisation experience preferred
