Operations Manager – QSR & CDR (Famous Brands/ other major food brand Experience Essential)
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service & Casual Dining restaurants. Famous Brands experience is a strict requirement.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and improve operational standards across all stores
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
- Manage and resolve staffing and HR issues
- Conduct site visits, audits, and staff training
- Handle high-pressure situations with confidence
- Support business growth and new store rollouts
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years’ QSR/CDR operational management experience (Famous Brands outlets required)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills
- Valid driver’s license and confidence driving between sites
- Resilience in demanding, fast-paced environments

Pay: From R20 000,00 per month
