As an OTC CoE Co-Ordinator at Avon, you’ll support the smooth execution of OTC operations within our Center of Excellence. You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily and monthly activities, ensuring that all deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. A key part of your role will be managing the cash application and reconciliation process, working closely with third-party service providers to ensure service levels are met.You’ll supervise and support a team of OTC professionals, helping them stay engaged and aligned with business goals. You’ll also contribute to process improvements, participate in training and projects, and ensure that ad hoc requests from leadership are handled efficiently. Your coordination skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high-quality performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:
- Coordinating the delivery of OTC KPIs and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Managing the cash application and reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation and global AR policies compliance with local legislation and global AR
- Supervising the work of external vendors and ensuring SLAs are fulfilled
- Supporting and engaging the OTC CoE team in daily operations
- Participating in training, projects, and continuous learning initiatives
- Responding to ad hoc requests from CoE leadership with accuracy and timeliness
- Supporting the implementation of internal control changes and process improvements
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in OTC processes, preferably in a direct selling or multinational environment
- Experience in supervising or coordinating a team
- Diploma in Finance, Credit Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of OTC systems and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- High learning agility and adaptability to change
- Proactive mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Target- and deadline-driven approach
