As our Paid Advertising Specialist, you’ll be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X
Build and test creative and copy in collaboration with our design and content team
Set up and manage ad accounts, audiences, tracking, pixels, and conversion events
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for ROAS, CPL, or engagement (based on goals)
Create regular performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations
Advise on funnel setup, landing pages, and budget allocation
Stay ahead of platform trends, updates, and best practices

REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing successful campaigns on Meta Ads , Google Ads , LinkedIn Ads , and X Ads (Minimum of 2 years)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and objectives simultaneously
Comfortable interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and a performance-driven mindset
Nice to Have (but not essential)
Experience with B2B campaigns, lead generation funnels
TikTok advertising experience or a strong interest in exploring emerging ad platforms
