Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Part-Time Meeting Leader in Cape Town.
Our info-meetings are hosted on Saturdays, so this is a perfect job for someone studying or wishing to combine it with another part-time job.
Role and Responsibilities
- Hosting information meetings on Saturdays and during the week (when required),
- Occasional presentations at schools and universities
- Drop-off of marketing material at various schools throughout the city on an adhoc basis.
- Conducting personal interviews; on Saturdays and during the week depending on the request and availability of the customer.
- Writing a detailed profile of each interviewed candidate.
- Sharing the written profiles with the Regional Manager within a deadline.
- Setting up the meeting room and ensuring candidates feel comfortable.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns of the applicants.
- Using the digital platforms and training systems provided by Cultural Care Au Pair.
The successful candidate
- Someone who enjoys presenting and working with people, and is comfortable promoting our program by hosting information meetings and leading face-to-face screening interviews with potential candidates
- Articulate and good at writing
- Able to keep tight deadlines and is punctual
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Capable of taking on responsibility
- Has their own laptop and transport.
Compensation
- R 350.00 per presentation
- R 100.00 per personal profile written and submitted
