Job Description
To provide end-to-end secretarial support to an Executive(s) by acting as the first point of contact to ensure all administrative requirements are handled within the required timeframes and standards.
Qualifications
Diploma in Office Administration required; Public Relations diploma preferred.
5-7 years supporting senior executives in complex administrative roles.
Proven skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and managing high-volume diaries and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive diaries, prioritizing appointments and workload.
Organize meetings and events, including logistics and documentation preparation.
Monitor and filter executive emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and take accurate minutes.
Coordinate travel plans and itineraries.
Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain office logistics and asset registers.
Manage expense claims, leave plans, and payroll approvals for executive direct reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
