We are seeking a qualified and PIRB-registered Plumber to join our mobile maintenance team, working on various service requests at client properties across Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable professional with proven experience in plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements & Skills
- PIRB Registration (Non-negotiable)
- Proven experience as a plumber
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years)
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans/blueprints
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong time management and adaptability to handle unexpected issues
Leadership Skills
- Clear communication with team members and clients
- Ability to delegate tasks and mentor junior staff
- Conflict resolution and decision-making ability
Organizational Skills
- Project planning and scheduling
- Budget and material usage management
- Accurate documentation and reporting
Customer Service Skills
- Professional engagement with clients, understanding their needs
- Providing clear estimates and updates on work progress
