We are a dynamic textile manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team. This role is key in ensuring smooth and efficient sourcing of raw materials, trims, packaging, and other supplies needed to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure fabrics, trims, packaging, machinery spares, and consumables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders and track orders until delivery.
- Ensure timely availability of all materials for production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in procurement administration (textile/garment industry experience advantageous).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Computer literate (MS Office, ERP systems beneficial).
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
