Description


The Contract Administrator role will be responsible for managing the global vendor contract repository, monitoring vendor risk and compliance, as well as completing multiple other administrative tasks for the procurement team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintaining contracts and filing systems for future reference on existing and new contracts, bids, and proposals
  • Provide level 1 helpdesk support for all contract, bids, and proposals access queries
  • Communicate and track all vendor renewals and new contracts for stakeholders before expiry dates.
  • Perform site administration duties for D&D 3rd party vendor risk tool UpGuard
  • Monitor UpGuard and pull weekly risk reports and distribute to all key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and distribute vendor compliance questionnaires to selected vendors and track and record responses.
  • Issue POs for all contracts greater than $25,000 CAD
  • Work with buyers to ensure all contracts are properly diarized with legal and procurement.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of legal and contractual language.
  • Attention to detail, especially with writing and editing.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while producing high quality, error-free content.
  • Effective and clear communication, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work in a team and be self-directed to complete tasks.
