About the Role:
As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our sales, design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams. Your mission will be to ensure every order flows seamlessly through the system — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all orders after placement by the salesperson.
- Manage the project lifecycle through design and manufacturing phases.
- Ensure quality control and timely progression of all jobs.
- Coordinate logistics, packing, and dispatch of completed orders.
- Liaise closely with the sales team and installation crew to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare all paperwork and installation files for outgoing jobs.
- Schedule and manage the installation crew; track daily progress and plan accordingly.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation and maintain quality control.
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience.
