The Principal Project lead will be accountable for the main sinking contractor’s mining scope of work (contractual leadership), which will require the managing, directing and leading of the execution of this scope, in conjunction with the Employers site team.
The scope of the Principal Project Lead will also include primary surface and underground construction scope, linked to critical production milestones, being executed by major contractors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
