Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
· Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant legislation.
· Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure that project objectives are met.
· Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, managing cash flow, and ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and timely.
· Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management, preferably in a similar industry.
· Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
· Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
