Key Responsibilities:

- Pre shipment QC & Dispatch readiness

- Data Reporting & Continuous improvement Health & Safety Compliance
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5 + years of experience in a QC or QA role, with at least 2 years in a warehouse or distribution environment within the furniture, home goods or consumer products industry
- High attention to details with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with damage control, returns analysis and packaging optimization
- Deep knowledge of furniture construction, upholstery, natural materials, and finishing techniques
- Experience with quality standards, inspection tools, and warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP) Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Visual inspection and attention to aesthetic detail
- Root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Hands on knowledge of furniture handling and assembly
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Leadership and coaching of operational staff Quality data reporting and decision-making
