Why This Role Is Essential
We’re managing 30–50 live closings every month—each with its own curveballs. Sellers back out, surprise liens pop up, or attorneys stall progress. Your role is to keep deals on track, handle breakdowns with grace, and do whatever it takes to get files across the finish line.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of deals from contract to closing
- Monitor deadlines, request missing documents, and coordinate closely with title companies
- Renegotiate terms when needed—payoffs, price changes, closing extensions
- Keep all stakeholders (buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders) informed and calm
- Maintain detailed, organized records using InvestorFuse, Slack, Google Workspace, and e-sign tools
- Report daily on closing performance and deal progress
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written, and can confidently manage tense conversations
- You’ve worked directly in real estate transactions, title, or escrow—preferably in the U.S. market
- You’re comfortable managing 30+ files without letting anything slip through the cracks
- You know how to troubleshoot, pivot quickly, and use smart tools (like ChatGPT) to stay efficient
- You’ve got your own reliable tech setup: fast internet, dual monitors, and a quality headset
- You can work a full U.S. business day (roughly 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern) from a time zone like South Africa
How We Measure Success
- Closing Rate: You maximize the number of contracts that turn into completed sales
- Speed: You keep deals moving quickly, minimizing days from contract to close
- Communication: Stakeholders are always informed—no surprises, no confusion
Compensation and Benefits
- $7–$9 USD per hour (depending on experience and performance)
- $50 USD bonus for every deal that successfully closes
- Quarterly performance bonuses tied to close rate and turnaround time
- Immediate start with full training and a 6-week ramp-up plan
