Position: Real Estate Agent. We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated people to join our real estate agency as licensed Real Estate Agents. Whether you're an experienced agent or new to the industry, we welcome anyone passionate ready to make their mark in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads for property sales and rentals.
- Market and showcase properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process with exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close transactions effectively.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
