Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner. - Offer Coffee/Tea/Water.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and office.
- Maintains security by following the procedures in accordance with the company security policies.
- Manage incoming calls on switchboard and route the calls accordingly.
- Co-ordination of meeting room schedules.
- Professional email information notices and general communications within company standards.
- Co-ordination of various catering requirements as per requests.
- Co-ordinate communication system of cleaning and maintenance staff.
- Administration
- Any other reasonable task requested by management or directors.
Assist with general stock control and office supplies
- Ensure that stationary is ordered and monitored effectively.
- Effective message taking.
- Assisting with various administration requests.
Requirements:
- Matric is a requirement
- Drivers License and car.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Highly organised.
- Attentive to detail.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Well spoken
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people on all levels.
- Outgoing and positive
- Vibrant
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30am to 17:00pm
Saturdays and Public holidays: 07:30 to 13:30pm
