Job Description
We are looking for a mature, motivated, well-presented, and highly organised individual to join our team as a receptionist to support our Century City Office. This role encompasses various administrative tasks, invoice handling, meeting room coordination and switchboard operation.
The individual would be tasked to take full responsibility of performing the receptionist role and switchboard facility for the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of switchboard (answering & screening; message taking)
- Perform reception role for clients and visitors
- Maintaining booking schedules
- Messages to relevant staff
- Administration duties
- Foster professional client relationships
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- 2-3 years’ experience in a receptionist/switchboard environment
