Our client, within Rosebank, is seeking a skilled Receptionist who contributes to customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and overall business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Ad hoc admin duties.
- A minimum of 2-4 years required in a similar role.
- Matric/Grade 12
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive
