Job Summary:
We’re seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will create a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all reception activities. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the switchboard and route incoming calls appropriately
- Respond to general enquiries and direct them to the relevant departments
- Maintain a clean, orderly reception area
- Monitor and manage the visitor log and access process
- Provide basic information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- 2+ years of corporate receptionist / front office experience is essential.
- Secretarial or administrative qualification.

Technical Skills:

- Ability to use standard office equipment.
