Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive individual to fill the dual role of Receptionist and Junior Recruiter. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting recruitment and HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR while gaining valuable front-office and talent acquisition experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors professionally, manage incoming calls, and handle general office inquiries.
Administrative Support:
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Office Coordination:
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, manage meeting room bookings, and support office logistics.
Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and company platforms.
Screening & Shortlisting:
Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
Interview Coordination:
Arrange interviews, prepare interview materials, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with onboarding documentation, orientation scheduling, and ensuring a smooth new hire process.
Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
Employee Engagement:
Support internal communication efforts and help coordinate employee events and wellness activities.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
Ensure all candidate and employee information is handled with the highest degree of confidentiality and in compliance with company policies.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or HR support role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HR systems is an advantage.
