Key Responsibilities include -
Daily Duties:
- Promptly manage and respond to emails, checking hourly throughout the day.
- Assign unassigned ZOHO tickets to relevant teams.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Answer and direct calls via the switchboard or take detailed messages as needed.
- Update the leave spreadsheet and office schedule as required.
- Coordinate tasks and updates by liaising effectively with staff.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding leave applications.
- Assist with financial account processing during specific periods (Investec and Corporate Saver).
Monthly Duties:
- Place and manage orders for stationery, cleaning supplies, and coffee pods.
- Oversee petty cash management and maintain accurate records.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Accept parcels and assist with key or tag handovers to clients.
- Coordinate with contractors for office maintenance or repairs.
- Provide support to staff with stationery or other administrative needs.
