About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for driven Recruitment Consultants to join our growing South African division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team, with the potential to scale as the business grows.
We are seeking experienced recruiters—from senior to mid-junior levels—who can hit the ground running, ideally with a background in education recruitment. The goal is to establish a strong foundation, develop local expertise, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of education professionals.
- Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Actively source top talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support business growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to scale and develop the recruitment team in South Africa.
- Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Requirements
✔ Proven recruitment experience (education sector preferred but not essential).
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
✔ Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
✔ Target-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ A passion for recruitment, people development, and business growth.
