- Has prior experience as a manager
- Familiar using Reddit
- Willing to work overtime if necessary
- Must be a hustlerScope of work: You will be responsible for a team of 6 individuals
- Ensuring the teams work is up to Agency standards- Hiring / Firing team members when necessary using our SOPs
- Logging the teams performance on a spreadsheet
- Ensuring team members stay within their KPIs- Hosting weekly meetings with the team
- Answering team questions fast
- Topping up our software balances when the team is low on fundsPayment: R70/ Hour + Performance bonuses
