Job Title: Regional Admin & Communications Assistant (Runner)
Location: Travel required across North West & Gauteng

We’re seeking a proactive Regional Admin & Communications Assistant to work closely with our Regional Manager, travelling between branches and becoming their right-hand support in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany the Regional Manager to various branches across North West and Gauteng.
- Monitor and manage key communication channels including WhatsApp, Facebook, and Email.
- Flag urgent or important matters to the Regional Manager in real time.
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and branch follow-ups.
- Support the execution and coordination of tasks across branches.
- Assist with social media content posting and engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Facebook, email platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and think on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North West and Gauteng provinces.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
