Location: Multiple Sites | Full-Time | Travel Required
Are you passionate about nutrition, food service excellence, and making a real impact in healthcare environments? We’re looking for a dynamic Food Service Dietitian / Dietetics Support Specialist to join our team and help elevate patient care through innovative menu design, nutritional analysis, and hands-on support across our sites.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our dedicated operations team, you’ll:
- Engineer menus and compile recipe files tailored to therapeutic needs
- Conduct nutritional analysis and ensure portion control across units
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement quality improvement plans
- Collaborate with clinical dietitians and Department of Health stakeholders
- Train kitchen staff on therapeutic menus and modified texture diets (IDDSI)
- Travel to various sites to provide dietetics support and guidance
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified dietitian or food service professional with experience in therapeutic nutrition
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams
- Willingness to travel and support multiple healthcare sites
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through food service innovation
