Remote Position - Online Contracts & Tendering Specialist
We are seeking an Online Contracts & Tendering Specialist to help us identify and secure new business opportunities. You will research, track, and apply for contracts and tenders through online portals and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify facilities management contracts and tenders online
- Prepare bids, proposals, and supporting documents
- Maintain a calendar of deadlines and submissions
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information
- Ensure compliance with submission requirements
- Track success rates and report on opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience with tendering, bid writing, or contract submissions
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Organised and deadline-driven
- Familiarity with government or corporate procurement platforms (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids at once
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
