We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Tender Administrator to support our business development efforts through efficient and accurate management of the tender process to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a database of tender opportunities and track submission timelines.
- Prepare, complete and submit tender documentation in line with client requirements and company standards.
- Gather, verify, and coordinate required information from internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and compile supporting documents for tender applications.
- Ensure all tender submissions are timeously completed and compliant with regulatory and client specifications.
- Maintain an up-to-date tender register and manage all deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and tender conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tender records and reports.
- Follow up on tender outcomes and provide feedback to management.
- Monitor tender portals and proactively seek relevant tender opportunities.
Requirements:
- A formal qualification in Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Tender Administration or Procurement Support role.
- Experience in the debt collection industry will be a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyde Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
