**Schedule:** Monday to Friday (Shifts may vary based on international sales campaign time zones)
## Job Description
Experienced agents required, We are looking for agents with experience selling and promoting web trading platforms agent must be able to fulfil role of a conversation agent and generate new business by signing up new prospects on a daily basis.
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a target-oriented environment and can perform well under pressure.
### Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Provide excellent service and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
### Requirements
- Must have a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection.
- Fluency in English and one one other language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Minimum 6 Months experience in the same or similar role (non-negotiable)
### Performance Monitoring
Agents’ performance will be monitored based on:
- Number of calls made per day.
- Sales conversion rates/ Daily Target
### Remuneration
- **Basic Salary:** 7000 per month
- **Commission & bonus:** Additional earnings based on performance.
Target :
First month : 6 deposits
Second month : 12 deposits
Third month : deposit every working day – example of the candidates should work for 20 days the target would be 20 deposits
